Villaroel 74 — Full Renovation with Contemporary Character

The project was born from the need to transform a traditional apartment in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district into an essential and fluid space, designed for a 34-year-old single man with a contemporary lifestyle. The goal was to create an open-plan, bright, and minimal environment while maintaining warm materials and natural textures.
